USUI Reiki course:

🖊 First you will be given the introduction of reiki and how it works.

🖊 Breathing exercise and chi generate method will be practiced for First 7 days.

🖊 After 7 days, one of us as reiki master will be doing attunement ritual for you (all 4 levels).

🖊 Next 21 days, you will practice level 1, self-healing and level 2, healing-others. You will be taught 13 hand positions on self and 12 hand positions on others.

🖊 After perfecting level 1 and 2, next 21 days you will be mastering level 3, distance healing and level 4, reiki master proceeding. 

🖊 Key of mastering any level is to practice with consistency and discipline.  

🖊 Additionally, we will be teaching you how to heal your chakras, connecting with your reiki master spirit guide and different reiki symbol sandwich healing methods for different diseases and to unblock different issues related to Physical,  Mental, Emotional and Spiritual health.
